The job Perfect Touch Decorators did on my two chairs was excellent. I was expecting satisfaction but the final result was much more.
When you delivered my finished chairs I was a bit overwhelmed which left me virtually speechless. As you know those chairs are over thirty years old and belonged to my parents. After 30 years of wear and tear the chairs were in such bad shape I thought I would have to throw them away. Fortunately, I called Perfect Touch & Roy Kaplan explained the reupholstery process to me.
The end result was more than I hoped for. The chairs look beautiful, they are strong and comfortable, and they evoke beautiful memories whenever I look at them. Now I have 2 family heirlooms to pass on to my son.
